Prior to becoming a fishing guide, Buck rode bulls professionally for 10 years in the PRCA and the PBR. where he qualified for the world finals in las vegas in 1994 and 1995. Through his extensive travels as a bull rider he has had the opportunities to flyfish for a variety of species across the U.S. , Yet his first love still remains these landlocked stripers.

Buck has been published in GON on "Summertime Carp on the Fly" and is in David Cannons newest book as well.

Buck just loves to fish, and enjoys seeing others catch fish and have a good time. He is willing to do whatever it takes to assure everyone has a memorable trip no matter what their skill level. Not only will you have a great time you will make a new friend.
